zedbaj Terms & Conditions

The zedbaj platform is available exclusively to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age limit applies in all circumstances regardless of local legislation that may permit gambling at a lower age. We apply the higher standard of 21 years as a matter of responsible gaming policy.

By registering a zedbaj account, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that your use of this platform does not violate any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you.

Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services, or who have been excluded by court order, regulatory authority, or a responsible gaming programme, are strictly prohibited from registering or using a zedbaj account. If you discover that you have registered while under a self-exclusion agreement, you must notify zedbaj support immediately at [email protected].

When registering a zedbaj account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

zedbaj reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. We may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account closure.

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your username or password with any other person. zedbaj recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication where available. You may request closure of your zedbaj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not completed wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. zedbaj also reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, subject to the return of genuine balances.

zedbaj currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a documented technical reason prevents this. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed satisfactorily. zedbaj targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours, though this is a target and not a guarantee.

All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts on zedbaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). If you deposit using a payment method that processes in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing rate applied by your payment provider. zedbaj is not responsible for exchange rate losses or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

zedbaj is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. We may request additional source-of-funds documentation from any player before processing a withdrawal. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified as legitimate may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation. All suspicious activity is subject to internal review and may be reported to relevant authorities.

All bonuses awarded by zedbaj are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), game contribution rates, and expiry date are communicated at the time each bonus is offered. Players are responsible for reading these requirements before accepting any bonus.

zedbaj reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings generated from them if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or placing offsetting bets across accounts or platforms.

zedbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions may have their terms adjusted mid-campaign if zedbaj determines that the promotion is being misused or has become operationally impractical. Any such changes will be communicated via the promotions page on the platform.

All game outcomes on zedbaj are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software in the case of slots and virtual games, and by the physical actions of live dealers in the case of live casino products. Results are final once confirmed. zedbaj does not accept claims based on a player's personal belief that a result was incorrect unless accompanied by verifiable evidence of a technical malfunction.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, zedbaj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the player's account. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake will be offered in malfunction scenarios. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all zedbaj game products.

Sports bets on zedbaj — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), volleyball, football, kabaddi, and hockey — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BVF, etc.). In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or disqualification, zedbaj's individual sports rules (available in the sports section) will govern settlement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

zedbaj provides players with a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly within the account dashboard. These include voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. We strongly encourage all players to set limits that reflect their personal financial situation and entertainment budget.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any zedbaj intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the zedbaj platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of zedbaj. Scraping of odds, game data, or any other platform data by automated means is strictly prohibited.

The zedbaj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. zedbaj will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to resolve technical issues promptly, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from planned or unplanned downtime.

All gambling and betting activity on zedbaj is conducted at the player's own risk. zedbaj is not liable for any financial losses incurred through participation in games or sports betting. Players are encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits and to gamble only with funds they can afford to lose. Past game results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zedbaj excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether zedbaj had been advised of its possibility.

zedbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the zedbaj platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are published in English, which is the sole governing language version. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from translations of these Terms into another language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the invalid provision had never been included.

These Terms, together with any bonus terms, game-specific rules, and the zedbaj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and zedbaj with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
